The snow is really thick now in pandanda its covered from head to foot and the fishing hole lake has frozen over ! Also there is a pressent under the tree in pandanda that you have to open on christmas day or you wont get it so make sure you get that.
Anyway the Winter Festival has now started in pandanda its just like any other pandanda festival but this time you are collecting fillers which are pressents or a orange or a candycane that you click on to pick it up its just like collecting golden tickets.
Up in the top right corner is your stocking which tells you how many fillers you have collected and if you click on it, it will tell you more infomation and it will look like this

When you have at least 5 stocking fillers you can go to chilly in west market street and get prizes
